These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Technoglobe IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Technoglobe", "we", "us", "our") website and enrolment in any course offered at our centers. By submitting an enquiry, registering for counselling, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01.Admissions & Eligibility

Admission to any course is subject to the eligibility criteria specified for that course, seat availability at the chosen center, and completion of the registration process along with applicable fee payment. Technoglobe reserves the right to accept or decline any admission request at its sole discretion.

02.Course Fees & Payment

• Course fees, applicable taxes and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of enrolment and must be paid as per the agreed instalment plan, where applicable.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual unless expressly approved in writing by center management.
• Delayed payment of instalments may result in temporary suspension of access to classes, study material or the placement cell until dues are cleared.
• Any promotional discount, scholarship or fee waiver is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time it is offered and may be withdrawn for future enrolments at any time.

03.Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, follow the code of conduct of the center, and treat faculty, staff and fellow students with respect. Technoglobe reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment, without refund, in cases of misconduct, dishonesty in examinations, or violation of center policies.

04.Batch, Schedule & Faculty Changes

Class schedules, batch timings, faculty assignments and training location may be modified by Technoglobe where necessary for operational reasons. Reasonable advance notice will be provided to enrolled students wherever possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption to ongoing training.

05.Placement Assistance

Technoglobe provides placement assistance, including interview opportunities with tie-up companies, resume support and interview preparation, as part of eligible courses. Placement assistance is a best-effort service and does not constitute a guarantee of a job offer, a specific salary, or employment with any particular company; outcomes depend on the student's performance, eligibility criteria of hiring partners, and prevailing market conditions.

06.Intellectual Property

All course material, presentations, recorded sessions, website content, logos and branding associated with Technoglobe are the intellectual property of Technoglobe IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

07.Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by, any third party. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems is strictly prohibited.

08.Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality training, Technoglobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, course content, or reliance on placement assistance, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

09.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10.Changes to These Terms

Technoglobe may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
